I have experience within all of these trades and can perform them at a quality level therefore, if you are in need of any works prior or post plastering that require any of these skills then, please don't hesitate if you have any questions. Refurbishments



At LVS we love to refurbish a home. Gutting them inside and out giving your home a brand new feel. We can complete any demolition works however, some works may require an architect coming in prior and passing it (make sure it is safe). Once this has been done we’re able to use our carpentry and dry lining skills to build a home back up to how our customers want it then finally, giving it all a fresh skim of multi finish. As stated above, painting and decorating is also something we specialise in and take much pride in. Since we can offer all aspects of the trades to our customers, refurbishments are usually the most satisfactory service we offer allowing us to really build on our relationships with customers and get the best out of the finished product.
